By accessing or using NeverHalt (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

NeverHalt provides high-availability autonomous agent hosting, continuous 24/7 background worker runtimes, persistent NVMe storage volumes, and ingress networking.

3. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all autonomous actions executed by your deployed agents. You agree not to use the platform for denial-of-service attacks, malicious scanning, unauthorized web scraping in violation of target terms, or unlawful activities.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled. You may modify or terminate your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer

While NeverHalt maintains 99.9% target runtime availability with automatic crash supervisors, services are provided “as is” without implied warranties of fitness for a particular quantitative or financial outcome.
